All Age Music School are excited to finally be launching their Just for Juniors Classes in 2014.
What is Kinder Beat?
Kinder Beat is an outstanding introduction to music for children aged 2 - 4 years. This award winning Australian Program features activities that children of the 21st century need for brain development and acceleration. The vibrant and contemporary flair of Kinder Beat engages children on a number of levels. It lays foundation for a positive relationship with music that students will enjoy throughout their lives.

What are the focus activities?
Where are the classes held?
All Age Music School HQ Studios - 2B, 391 Enmore Rd, Marrickville (opposite Enmore Park). Plenty of unlimited free street parking during the day and close to buses.
When are the classes held?
Every Tuesday morning commencing March 11 and through-out the year. We’ll soon be opening up a Friday morning if we get enough enrolments, so please advise which day is best for you.
Duration of Class and Course
Each class goes for 45 minutes with each level offering an accompanying CD/book and Kinder mascot toy. The overall course duration is 6 - 9 months per book/level. Enrolment is done by the school term (approx. 10 weeks)
When can my child start?
Ideally it would be great to start classes when we start the course, however the course is designed so that you can start anytime in the first few weeks.
What is the cost?
Cost per 10 week term is $260 (includes 10 weekly x 45 minute classes plus music book, CD and Kinder Mascot toy)
Who will be teaching the classes?
Our trained Kinder Beat teacher Susie Hurley will run the classes weekly.

What are the focus activities?
- Musical games and improvisation
- Singing songs, rhymes and solfa/solfege
- Movement, dance and gesture
- Rhythm, beat and metre
- Percussion playing
- Listening, reflecting and responding
- Story-telling and mime
- Reading (iconic and traditional)
- Keyboard Games (Level 3)
- Ensemble Playing
- Coordinating with streamers, rainbow ring and parachute
